Term Transition Report

Compares the previous term's schedule with the current term's schedule. Stopped = on the previous term but not on the current term. Started = on the current term but not on the previous term (truly new). Continuing = on both the previous and current term's schedule. Started + Continuing = total active swimmers currently.
